Thoughts on our Culture Today

False idea's about truth, lead to false idea's about life.  Example; there are no absolutes, there is no morality, we create our own reality.  What are the consequences of a culture that believes the false ideas shown in the example above.  People gunning down other people in public places.  Millions of babies being killed everyday, single mothers raising their children, stealing, envy, strife, children disobedient to parents, the list goes on.  And most think the problem in America is a financial one.  These false idea's have been taught in our universities and colleges for several years, and look where it has brought us today.  Real truth is found in Jesus Christ, real living can only be discovered in Him.  All that is true, good and moral has come from the teachings of Jesus Christ, and those who have lived by Him.  Suppose you were to take a pole in America today and ask all the women who have had an abortion, if they feel great about their decision to abort their baby, what do you think the common answer would be?  They are told a baby in the womb is only tissue, then after the procedure is done that woman knows the baby was more than just tissue.  This false idea has led to grave consequences.  So many of our colleges claim to be producing people that are promoters of life, "we will find the cure to cancer and aids."  The one person that was going to find these cures was probably aborted.  They are not concerned about life, only death and destruction come from these institutions.  There is only one truth, and that truth leads to real life.  The truth is found in Jesus Christ.
